At Elm Cove (Midlands), we provide Trauma-Informed Care through our supported living services for young adults transitioning from child and adolescent services with complex mental health needs. We focus on helping individuals with severe emotional, behavioural, and intellectual challenges live independently in the least restrictive environments possible. Our team's extensive expertise allows for a holistic, person-centered approach that addresses not only mental health but also social, emotional, and vocational needs. Each young person receives individualised care plans supported by our multidisciplinary team, offering therapies and treatments to promote recovery and independence. We believe in informed choice, involving both young people and their families in the treatment process. Our goal is to empower individuals to manage their mental health, develop life skills, and achieve their full potential.
